Since our founding in 2016, sparked by a needs assessment from Greenville First Steps, we've focused on one critical mission: supporting the people who care for South Carolina’s youngest children.

By equipping providers with the tools, training, and resources they need to run smart, sustainable operations, we help create stable, enriching environments where children thrive. From business management to staff support, we’re here to remove barriers so educators can focus on what matters most—children.

PSSA is part of a growing national movement, aligning with shared services alliances in 38 states. Our work strengthens not just individual programs, but the entire early childhood system across South Carolina.
