Palmetto Shared Services Alliance (PSSA) believes in ensuring every child has access to high-quality, early care and education (ECE). Established in 2016 following a needs assessment by Greenville First Steps, we began to focus on the administrative aspect of running a childcare business. Our goal is to empower South Carolina's childcare providers and businesses to deliver exceptional care to our youngest community members.

By providing comprehensive resources, we aim to bolster the ECE community, fostering strong and effective childcare businesses. Well-managed childcare operations not only enhance services for children but also sustain high-quality environments for early education. Through reshaping ECE systems, we strive to elevate child outcomes and cultivate a brighter future for our community.

Aligned with 38 states doing similar work, our commitment lies in empowering early childhood education providers.
