Palmetto Shared Services Alliance (PSSA) is a statewide, 501c3 nonprofit organization supporting childcare providers across South Carolina, with support from the South Carolina Department of Social Services (SC DSS). We help childcare programs save time, stay compliant, strengthen operations, and focus on what matters most... the children and families they serve!
Membership is free for all licensed or registered childcare programs in South Carolina.

PSSA was created to help ease that load. We bring practical tools, professional development, workforce and hiring support, business resources, policy guidance, and statewide connections into one place, so providers can spend less time searching for answers and more time strengthening their programs, supporting their staff, and serving children and families well.
